A. Mindful Integral Leadership Programme (MILP)
    This programme (6 days or 3 weekend and a top up day later) is to help Leaders be the best they can be to cultivate, co-create and embody a leadership presence and excellence that transforms self, organisations, and society.
    Increasing evidence has emerged about Mindful leadership; leaders who have undergone mindfulness training and integrated the practices of mindfulness in their leadership roles, show significantly improved emotional intelligence, clarity in decision making, innovation, strategic planning/ management and interpersonal challenges at workplace.
    The programme is to help develop highest quality of leadership with deep understanding of mindfulness and integral practices; to work with clarity, creativity, compassion and in collaboration, making conscious/wise choices. It provides a ‘transformative experience’ where leaders can work with concordance with their deepest values, with flexibility, openness, compassion, courage and confidence, that fosters positive and sustainable change within their workplace.
    The programme is primarily experiential but underpinned by research /evidence-based approaches from neuro-scientific, psychological theories and models. It is a blend of workshop, interactive, exploratory and skills- based learning and shared experiences where individuals will be learning and practising different ways of developing the application and value of mindfulness practice into their leadership role.

  3. Self- MAP: Self Mastery Awareness Programme (ten steps) for young people of various age groups.
  4. Curriculum of Kindness – 6 weeks structured teachers training programme for implementation in schools.
  5. Mental health and Disability programmes ( need based)
